Shipping Policy

At Caribbean Baddie, we aim to deliver your order quickly while ensuring you love every piece you receive.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer both local and international shipping. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for local orders and 7–14 business days for international orders. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues, which are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct at checkout. Caribbean Baddie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value, depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items, bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
