Orders
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Caribbean Baddie reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or stock issues.
Shipping
We offer local and international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Local shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days, while international shipping takes 7–14 business days. Shipping delays may occur due to customs or courier issues, which are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We do not offer refunds—only store credit or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items, bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Caribbean Baddie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
